End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End-User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Prospective Digital LTD, trading as Fixodash (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our software and services, including any integrations with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks, you agree to the terms below.

1. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our software and services solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software;

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of it;

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

3. Data Access

By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorise Fixodash to access and process financial and customer data solely for the purposes of providing agreed services. We do not access, store, or use your data for any unauthorised purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any reliance on third-party integrations.

5. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of our services. We may terminate access if you breach this Agreement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
